We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. As a customer you will responsible to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Subject to size availability. Must be done within 7 days after purchase date. Items must be in its original packaging with tags & no damage. Store credit valid for a month only.
